We administer the STAR Assessments in the areas of reading and math to Kindergarten through 12th grade. This assessment is adaptive and students take it online. It is administered in the first weeks of school, in the middle of the school year, and at the end of the school year to track progress and modifiy instruction as needed. The STAR Assessments compares the students' scores to state benchmarks and national benchmarks.

Some students who participate in Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credits Program will take the Iowa Assessments, a nationally norm-referenced test.
